Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-20
These terms govern your use of Zenith. By creating an account you agree to them. If you disagree, please don't sign up.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Zenith. One account per person.
Acceptable use
Don't use Zenith to harass others, violate any law, attempt to breach our security, or interfere with how the service runs. We may suspend accounts that do.
Not medical advice
Zenith is a personal wellness dashboard. Anything displayed — health score, weight trends, nutrition breakdowns — is informational. It is not medical advice and should not replace guidance from a qualified health professional. Don't use it to self-diagnose or to decide whether to take, change, or stop medication.
Your data
You keep ownership of everything you log. We process it to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
Third-party services
Zenith integrates with Spotify (optional) and Open-Meteo (for weather). Those services have their own terms and are solely responsible for the data they return. We're not responsible for outages or changes in those services.
Service availability
We aim to keep Zenith available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice and allow you to export your data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zenith is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Changes
If we update these terms we will refresh the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
